Tanja Bogataj

Tanja Bogataj graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. In 2004 she received her MA in political science from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana (Managing Sustainable Spatial Development in Slovenia), while in 2010 she obtained her MA in business administration from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. She has also undergone additional management training, and obtained a coaching certificate in 2012.

She has worked in public administration from 2000 where she has specialised on spatial planning. From December 2012 she was the Director-General of the Spatial Planning Directorate at the Ministry of Infrastructure. Tanja Bogataj has extensive experience in management in public administration sector and heading national and international projects in the area of spatial planning, construction and housing policy.
