This weekend was for a huge clean-up all around the Mediterranean Sea. Thousands and thousands decided not to give up hope and so volunteers from communities all around the Mediterranean Sea and from three continents gathered to participate in simultaneous clean-up events that took place in many countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea.

Libya
Libya has done it despite the ongoing conflicts in their country, they came out and gave their love and energy to the Mediterranean Sea!
Turkey
Let’s Do It! is represented in Turkey with double the power because there are two motivated Let’s Do It! teams that have the mission to make Turkey litter free. One team promotes the cleanliness of the Mediterranean Sea and organises sea and coastal cleanups under the campaign “Let’s Do It! Mediterranean”, and the other focuses on the whole of Turkey, covering the mainland. Both teams work together in a friendly way.
Egypt
The Alexandria governer and the ambassador of Latvia in Egypt participated in a beach cleanup in Alexandria with more than 400 volunteers in Alexandria city , Egypt.
Algeria did it!
Croatia
Let`s Do it Mediterranean – Vodice, Croatia, 09.05.2015. – 300 volunteers cleaned 3 km coast
Croatia had a national clean-up just last month and a blue clean-up t9th May in 20 cities.
Italy.
Let´s Do It Italy! Large number of actions on 9th and 10th of May, expecting more then 15,000 volunteers.
Tunisia did it!

Kosovo.
Today was a big cleaning action in Pristina. Pristina is the capital and largest city of Kosovo. Kosovo holds a huge clean-up together with Albania on Friday 22nd of May. After finishing the cleaning, a long road now is turning into green park.
And now who dares to say Kosova can’t be cleaned!
Lebanon
Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Let´s Do It action was attended by about 25,000 volunteers in more than 100 municipalities across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Spain.
Spain had a workshop on 8th, introducing concept of LDI Spain and supportive action next day aiming at 1,111 volunteers. Picture is from yesterdays workshop in Barcelona.
Greece
Let´s Do It Mediterranean – divers in Samos
Greece held a massive environmental awareness action across the whole country on the 26-th of April.
Cyprus.
The Watermen Freedivers and Lets do it Cyprus put together a group of freedivers and scuba divers for a depth cleaning event.
Cyprus held a great clean-up two weeks ago, engaging over 9,000 volunteers!
